Effective and simple to use the Weber® Deluxe Poultry Roaster is a ideal way to widen the options of what to cook on a gas or charcoal barbecue being suitable for use with all but the smallest barbecues.

Simply stand on the cooking grate with the chicken upright adding whatever the liquid of choice is to flavour to the integrated cup to moisten and flavour the chicken from within.

The base will capture any juices for basting with the end result being memorably cooked chicken which is crisped up on the outside and moist inside all achieved with minimum effort.
