The Char-Broil Evolve Electric BBQ is precise, digital and smart giving fully electrically powered cooking for 4-6 people being simply controlled through an App for fantastic tasting bbq menus which are extremely simple to create using the App's interactive recipes. Use the App to regulate the heat, core temperature and timer using a Smartphone with the interactive recipes offering step by step guides, plus suggestions for the correct grill settings for the very best, tasty food every time. Maximum heat is guaranteed with no charcoal, briquettes or gas being required so no messy charcoal with ash to dispose of or gas bottles to be fetched and carried.

The cooking surface of the Char-Broil Evolve Electric BBQ features precise heat in two zones and using the app control, or the easy to read display, an eye can be kept on the heat, timer and the exact temperature measurement monitored by the core temperature sensors at all times as the two grilling zones can be set separately and precisely to temperatures between 90c and 370c with a maximum temperature difference of 150c between them. The two sectionned stainless steel grate system will efficiently retain and distribute the heat with both the grates and emitter being easy to clean plus extremely durable.

Combining this with Char-Broil's TRU-Infrared Technology, with it's unique emitter plate at it's core, to distribute heat evenly across the entire cooking surface the Char-Broil Evolve Electric BBQ will create food which is up to 50% juicier with this efficient technology also reducing energy consumption. The emitter plate, grate and firebox have all been specially constructed to be really easy to clean plus the Auto Clean mode included in the Evolve can be quickly started at the touch of a button to burn off any burnt on accumulated food residues for a simple clean up when the day is done.
