The Weber Poultry Roaster is a real boost to the capabilities of your charcoal or gas barbecue giving the option of moist, flavoursome chicken with sticking to the cooking grates or taking up too much of the grates surface area.

It has been designed with with tapered can holder to support a variety of widths of can. Simply stand the can of in the centre of the holder, place the chicken over the can and place directly on the cooking gates.

The liquid from the can will moisten and flavour the meat from the inside while the cooking juices will drain flavouring the meat as they evaporate creating crispy skin.
