All Bertha ovens are constructed with 304 British Stainless Steel making a Bertha Oven extremely versatile providing opportunities to cook from 100c – 550c for sustained periods of time. Thanks to the enclosed charcoal grill, that ensures the food retains all its natural moisture and flavour, unbelievably succulent, chargrilled food can be created every time a Bertha Oven is fired up.
Heat will be efficiently retained in the walls and roof of the chamber to create an even temperature throughout the Bertha oven so cooking on a Bertha will give limitless options for adding new and exciting ideas and flavours to any menu, plus a Berth will works with any cuisine.
The Bertha Original Table Top Charcoal Oven - Black uses all Bertha's experience of use in commercial kitchens to create a Charcoal oven specifically with the home chef in mind. Use the versatile Bertha to cook breakfast over the embers, grill fish for lunch, and cook up Paella for a crowd in the evening. There really is no limit to how creative a Bertha can be – game, burgers, fish, scallops in their shells, lobsters, vegetables, pizzas, breads, half chickens and any variety of meat cuts, especially those on the bone, will all be cooked to perfection all with a rapid cooking time ensured by the super heat retention properties used throughout the construction so temperatures and cooking times can be customised to suit every need.

Chimney - Included as standard with built in spark-arresterto keep sparks within the oven while allowing smoke to escape as needed.
Door Hinges - The door hinges allow the door to fully open 180 degrees plus can easily be removed to swap the door side or for cleaning needs.
Door Handle - The door handles are manufactured to stay cool to touch, plus will locks the oven closed with a simple swivel of 45 degrees.
Ash / Grease Tray - The ash tray will pull out fully for cleaning, but can be opened just 5cm to use the separate compartment as a grease tray whilst the door is open.
Thermometer - The Thermometer has been designed, manufactured and calibrated in the UK specifically to work in partnership with Bertha Ovens ovens.
One Piece Body - The one piece outer case provides a beautiful robust look to create the perfect showpiece for outdoor or front-of hous cooking.
Insulated Doors - The doors have been manufactured to stay cool to ensure that the heat will stay in the oven guarantee speed and moisture retention.
Two Air Vents - Ensures complete temperature control. Pull them out to add more heat, and close them to retain temperatures. Close the bottom one, then open the top one for smoking.
