BeefEater have created the BeefEater Discovery 1500 Burner Built In Gas BBQ series to add a sleeker and more contemporary feel to any outdoor cooking or kitchen area offering the option of 3, 4 or 5 burner gas barbecue models that give a range of cooking surface areas that cater from small family groups all the way to large parties. Unusually they have thought about what they will look like when not in use as much as they will when in use to give a distinctively smoother, uncluttered appearance when not in use which has been cleverly achieved with out any sacrifices to BeefEater's renowned simplicity and ease of use or durability.

To achieve this the BeefEater Discovery 1500 5 Burner Built In Gas BBQ features a seamless and stylish control panel cover which conceals the control knobs and control panel for a seamless look when the BBQ is not in use. Simply flip the concealing control panel cover down when cooking to create a convenient shelf. This is twinned with grey, fully welded porcelain enamel and brushed 304 grade stainless steel for a fantastic overall look while a rollback hood allows the BBQ to sit snugly against the wall to keep the overall theme of sleekness going.

The clever, well thought out good looks are fully supported with the full set of efficient and easy to use cooking features which can be found right across BeefEater's range of Built In Gas BBQs plus the BeefEater Discovery 1500 5 Burner Built In Gas BBQ has the ability to be converted from use with bottled propane gas, as it is delivered, for connection into the UK mains gas supply using a separately purchased gas conversion kit which gives an useful degree of flexibility when planning an out door kitchen area to build the grill into.

Five powerful and durable 15MJ cast iron burners cook with a consistent heat seal in flavour creating flavourful food without fuss for those delicious much desired bbq tastes. The five cast iron burners are simply and rapidly powered up with a quartz one press start ignition system so cooking temperatures can be attained with a minimum of fuss.

Sitting under the hood there is a spacious quality cast iron cooking surface with cast iron being chosen for it's heat distribution properties and consistent performance evenly spreading and retaining the heat for better results.The cast iron cook-top is split between a grill and a griddle plate cooking surface for cooking versatility plus is porcealin enamel coated for long lasting rust resistance. Stainless steel flame tamers/vaporizers then sit between the cooking surface and the burners underneath the grill section of the cooking surface minimising the likelihood of food tainting flare ups and vaporzing excess cooking residues to create that all important barbecue taste

Built to last and to withstand high heat over time the burner box of the BeefEater Discovery 1500 5 Burner Built In Gas BBQ is fully welded for strength and to make it easy to live with excess oil is drawn away into a bottom drip tray for an easy, fast clean up every time.
