The supersized Monolith Avantgarde LeChef with Cart and Side Shelves has been created to be the perfect blend of design and technology following years of development by Monolith in both quality and functionality. This can quite clearly be seen in the use of features such as the high-quality silicate ceramics, stainless steel fittings including a new hinge system, plus details such as the long lasting mechanically secured stainless steel and glass fibre seal, updated more efficient redesigned cast iron top valve and LED lighting in the handle which their experience has ensured is all incorporated into one durable, easy to live with and fantastic looking package.

Monolith have started with all the existing innovations which can be found throughout their already technically advanced PRO series 2.0 - the stainless steel glass fibre seal, the adapter for connecting digital control units, the incredibly versatile grill grate system SGS (Smart Grid System) giving 4 grill height settings and the option to expand to three tiers of grill grate, plus all the other features which Monolith are now noted for.

The all new Monolith Avantgarde LeChef with Cart and Side Shelves has now been given a much stronger frame constructed from a heavy duty deep-drawn powder coated steel, which now also includes storage opportunities for all those essential tools and accessories, that integrates the side tables more securely plus makes the grill and frame look like one seamless unit even in a Kamado style BBQ this big.

The Monolith Avantgarde LeChef with Cart and Side Shelves not only has stunning looks in it's new, updated satin-matt glaze, but as it uses an extremely resistant mineral glaze it happily will withstand all weather conditions and acids plus it's colour perfectly compliments the stainless steel used extensively in the construction. In addition the wooden components also have a new look to integrate them into the Avantgarde style as the side tables and handle are now made with “Heavy Bamboo” which is a material produced by carbonising bamboo fibres into an extremely stable, resistant material to create a distinguished appearance that is also very sustainable.

Another well thought and designed feature included in the Monolith Avantgarde LeChef with Cart and Side Shelves are the two LED lamps that are integrated in the handle which are controlled with a metal switch in the side of the handle giving the capability to cook for the crowd which the LeChef will happily cater for when the sun goes down without the need for a separate lamp.
