The reinvented and redesigned Weber Spirit EX-425 Smart Gas BBQ will create BBQ food that will taste better than ever with it's inegrated powerful Sear Zone and Wi-Fi-enabled digital thermometer so never undercook or overcook foods again using the Wi-Fi-enabled digital thermometer, which is supplied with one wired food probe. Then pair it with the Weber Connect app to monitor remotely and receive alerts onto a smart device to advise when the BBQ is preheated upto cooking temperature and when the food is ready to flip.

Fire up the two red Boost burner knobs that unleash 40% more power in the Sear Zone of the Weber Spirit EX-425 Smart Gas BBQ to create bold, flavourful sear marks on meat, fish and vegetables and light up each individual burner easily with one hand using the Snap-Jet Ignition and then control the heat output precisely for a full range of temperatures from high to low and everything in between. The heavy-duty, porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grates can be easily flipped over to fit separately purchasable Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) grillware for opportunities for the ultimate in cooking versatility to simply and easily transform the BBQ with a griddle, pizza stone, cross-hatch sear grate inserts and more.

The Weber Spirit EX-425 Smart Gas BBQ gives the ability to customise to individual needs and requirements to make the most of the space available by simply adding from a variety of separately purchasable Weber Works accessories that will drop into the right-hand side table or snap onto both side rails plus the the left-hand side table will conveniently folds down to fit into smaller spaces between uses.
