The Monolith TWO.66 - Black Stand Alone uses all the well designed, high quality features of Monolith's thoroughly tried and tested PRO series 2.0 models with nothing being taken out with Monolith's silicate ceramic, tensioning straps and hinge made of high-quality stainless steel, maintenance-free stainless steel and fibreglass sealing system, chip feeder system and the exclusive Smart Grid System still all being included as standard features. No compromises have been made in quality and versatility to ensure a fantastic performance every time the lumpwood charcoal is fired up so that it will fit perfectly into a sophisticated outdoor kitchen or out door living area.

Monolith's stainless steel fibreglass sealing system is unique requiring less maintenance than conventional felt seals and will be particularly easy to clean. This will ensure the long-term tightness of the seal that is so crucial for the special internal Kamado microclimate. The stainless steel fittings provide a permanently secure hold for the lid mechanism and the solid hinge.

The Monolith TWO.66 - Black Stand Alone fully integrates Monolith's Smart Grid System (SGS), an innovative grill grid system designed to maxmise versatility and culinary freedoms. This creates maximum flexibility and control when grilling with the modular design giving capabilities to simultaneously BBQ with both direct and indirect heat by dividing the grilling surface into different zones with the charcoal basket being able to be divided into two distinct zones.

Monolith use a high-quality silicate ceramic in the construction with this used in combination with a mineral glaze with the ceramic structure used for it's ability for unsurpassed heat insulation and retention. Monolith are so confident in the quality that the give a lifetime guarantee to the durable, extremely hard-wearing, UV and acid-resistant ceramic. Monolith developed their own ceramic manufacturing process that can meet all the requirements needed for optimum heat storage, resistance to extreme temperatures between 70 and 400 degrees, and a temperature shock resistance that is second to none.

Also integrated is Monolith's unique smoking rail system that featires a slide that automatically ensures that smoking chips will fall onto the glowing charcoal without needing to lift the lid and lose heat to conveniently guarantee perfect smoke flavour for the grilled food and ensure that the constant temperature inside the ceramic will not be affected at all.
