The Weber 57cm Hinged Cooking Grate is a replacement part or simple upgrade for any Weber 57cm charcoal barbecue which will restore the cooking area of the barbecue to the same state as when the barbecue left the factory for the first time.

The hinged grate also allows the easy addition of more coals or briquettes, or the addition of wood chips, to the barbecue whilst grilling is taking place.
