The Weber Original GBS Dutch Oven is an accessory that is designed to be used with a Weber Gourmet Barbecue System cooking grate widening the options on how a Weber barbecue can be used even further.

The Weber Original GBS Dutch Oven is shaped like a classic casserole so that the barbecue can be used to cook stews, chillies and soups, but it also make a great way to cook bread.

The way that the Dutch Oven sits in the removable central section of a GBS cooking grate ensures that heat is diffused around all of it's sides slow cooking the food to enhance it's taste.

The Weber Original GBS Dutch Oven can be used with Weber Spirit, Genesis, Summit 4 Burner, Summit 6 Burner or 57cm charcoal barbecue which has a Gourmet Barbecue System cooking grate.
