The Ooni Karu 2 Pro and Karu 16 Pizza Oven Gas Burner (37 mbar) simply slides into the rear port of a Ooni Karu 2 and Karu 16 Pro Pizza Oven to quickly switch it's power source to bottled propane gas for a low-maintenance convenient and consistent cooking experience.

The new low power cooking function of the Ooni Karu 2 and Karu 16 Pro Pizza Oven Gas Burner (37 mbar) will enable cooking low and slow pizzas or meat dishes.
