All Ooni products come with a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year as standard. For certain products, Ooni will extend the warranty when you register the product with them within 60 days of purchase.

Small parcel orders will be despatched using DPD LOCAL who will provide email and SMS updates, giving you the option to amend or reschedule your delivery.

Large barbecue deliveries weighing over 30kg will be despatched with a pallet delivery company.
