The GrillGrate - Universal GrillGrate Pizza Oven Grate and Tray for Any Pizza Oven and Oven will easily give the ability to grill and sear in a pizza oven, or even a household oven, creating restaurant grade sear marks, plus will keep the pizza stone cleaner and minimist te chance of flare ups.

The GrillGrate - Universal GrillGrate Pizza Oven Grate and Tray for Any Pizza Oven and Oven is composed of two parts, the patented hard anodized aluminum GrillGrate which sits in a separate hard anodized aluminum baking pan. Simply sit the GrillGrate in the pan, preheat the pizza stone for 5-10 minutes, and get cooking. The hard anodized aluminum is nonstick, lasting indefinitely, being designed to handle the high-heat temperature of the pizza oven. Use the reversible GrillGrate rails up for sear marks or simply reverse to use the flat side for smash burgers, eggs, and more, then take out the GrillGrate to make deep dish pizza in tne pan.

Simply preheat pizza stone for 5–10 minutes prior to placing GrillGrate - Universal GrillGrate Pizza Oven Grate and Tray for Any Pizza Oven and Oven on the oven surface. Check the temperature with a laser thermometer and the GrillGrate surface will read 290c-315c degrees within 10 minutes of preheating then remove both the GrillGrate and the Pan after preheating, place food on top of the hot rails before returning the Grate/Pan to the oven making sure to use heat resitant gloves or a gripping tool when handling the heated hot grate or pan.
