The Outback Gourmet 4 Burner Hybrid - Black BBQ has a charcoal basket to give the ability to cook with charcoal briquettes to add those distinctive barbecue flavourings. When this is combined with the inclusion of the interchangeable multi-cook grill, with a lift out circular central section that gives the option to insert a separately purchasable pizza stone, wok or griddle inserts, a real choice of truly flexible barbecuing possibilities are created.

The Outback Gourmet 4 Burner Hybrid - Black BBQ packs a lot of features into it's good looking, sleek black and stainless steel highlighted exterior.

The full specification includes four stainless steel burners sat above 4 flame tamers/vapour bars for cleaner, more efficient results, a double skinned roasting hood, and a porcelain coated cast iron modular cooking surface with a reversible central griddle section.

These features are all backed up with an array of additional features such as an independent side burner, a black painted double doored cabinet, side tables, an utensil rack, lid thermometer, single layer drip tray, warming rack, integra spark ignition and the all important bottle opener.
