A Buschbeck Stainless Steel Gas Burner Insert is designed to run on propane with the insert kit including a clip on propane regulator and hose and takes just seconds to simply to fit into place and includes a controllable valve to regulate the heat output . When the cooking over a gas flame using the gas burner has been done just simply slide the insert back out so that the Masonry Barbecue can be fired up with charcoal or logs if it is capable of taking those.
