The Camp Chef Italia ArtisanGas Pizza Oven includes specially designed features such as it's double walled construction, specially designed burners, ventilation and cordierite ceramic pizza stone plus has micro-adjust valves for heat control and responsiveness to replicate the performance of a wood fired brick oven to cook perfect artisan pizza every time.
