A Petromax Cast Iron Burger Iron wil help create perfect burgers with its round moulds, each with a diameter of 12 cm, and the ridged surface to give the burgers the typical grilling pattern.

The heat retention properties of the cast iron mould of the Petromax Cast Iron Burger Iron makes it possible to sear the burger patties in the fire and then cook them to perfection through the residual heat. Thanks to the flat, flush wood handles and the locking hook, you can close and hold the burger iron safely into the embers.

For cleaning, simply separate both halves of Petromax Cast Iron Burger Iron at the hinge to easily remove any roast residues still caught in the grilling structure
