Gozney M.O.P. Stone Cleaning Tool

1 x Gozney M.O.P. Stone Cleaning Tool - AM2173

Keep your pizza oven stone clean and ready for your next cook with the Gozney M.O.P. Pizza Oven Stone Cleaning Tool. Developed in-house by Gozney in response to the demands of professional pizza chefs, the M.O.P. provides a safer and more effective way to remove burnt-on food, flour and cooking residue from your pizza stone.

Unlike a traditional pizza oven brush, the M.O.P. features a completely bristle-free construction. This eliminates the risk of loose brush bristles being left behind on the cooking surface, while its heat-resistant design makes it suitable for the demanding environment of a high-temperature pizza oven.

The clever dual-purpose cleaning head tackles different types of residue without requiring separate tools. On one side, a durable stainless steel scraper blade helps loosen stubborn burnt-on pizza debris while being designed to clean without damaging the stone.

Turn the head over and the M.O.P. provides an aramid fibre sponge for wiping away remaining residue. Designed to withstand high temperatures, the sponge can be used to create a steam-cleaning action, helping lift away dirt and leave the cooking surface ready for your next pizza.

For long-term practicality, the aramid fibre sponge is both removable and replaceable, allowing the cleaning surface to be renewed when required rather than replacing the complete tool. Combining scraping, steaming and wiping in one purpose-built accessory, the Gozney M.O.P. is an invaluable addition for anyone looking to keep their pizza oven stone properly maintained.
