A Pit Barrel Cooker Hinged Grill Grate will give the capability to hang food on one side of the barrel, and grill food on the other. When used with the handles down one half of the grate will drop to allow room for hanging food or simply turn it over to use the grate in its whole state.

When cleaning the grate, be sure to place the grate on a flat surface to support the hinged side.
