The Cadac Pizza Stone Pro 40 is ideal for use on the Cadac Citi Chef 40, Carri Chef 50, and Grillo Chef 40, but can also be used in other gas barbecues, charcoal barbecues and electric ovens. The 1.2 cm thick pizza stone has a heat deflector for optimal (oven) performance and is resistant to resistant to temperatures up to 300°C.

The stone is made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws the moisture out of the dough resulting in a delicious and crispy pizza.
