The Cadac Curved Smoker Box has been specifically designed to be used with smaller round barbecues as it's curved shape does not take up as much of the cooking surface as a more commonly found smoker box, but with no loss of performance. It will still fully function to add that much sought after traditional smoked flavour to meat, fish or vegetables. Simply soak wood chips in water for as long as possible before use then put into the Cadac Curved Smoker Box and that's all.
