The 30 x 30cm aluminium paddle provides a practical surface for handling pizzas while keeping overall weight down. At just 600g, the paddle is easy to manoeuvre, while its 66cm total length provides useful reach when working around the intense heat of a pizza oven.

A key feature of the paddle is its perforated aluminium blade. The holes allow excess flour to fall away from the underside of your pizza before it reaches the hot baking stone. Reducing loose flour can help minimise burnt flour, unwanted smoke and residue inside your pizza oven while helping you achieve a cleaner bake.

The paddle blade measures just 1.5mm thick, helping it slide beneath cooked pizzas when it's time to remove them from the oven.
