The Weber Butcher Paper is not only fun with it's Weber Kettle design, but is a great way to ensure that moist, flavourful meat, with a perfect bark, is served every time with nothing more complex needed than simply wrapping in the Butcher Paper. Simply wrap the meat at the tail end of a low and slow smoke to help to retain moisture.
