The Weber Hickory Wood Chunks have a powerful aroma making them especially suited to the smoking of beef, venison or pork.

The Weber Hickory Wood Chunks are now delivered in a re-sealable bag so that flavours are kept in for longer between smoking sessions.
Simply soak the chunks in water for as long as possible before use, ideally overnight, so as they dry out with the heat of the barbecue or smoker the smoke produced flavours the food.
