I recently bought a Weber Perfomer Gas Ignition BBQ from BBQ World. Service outstanding placed order price matched shipped the following day. I found that BBQ World had the best information to help me choose the right BBQ prompt response to questions. The BBQ is fantastic build quality excellent really easy to build approx 40 mins. It has taken me a while to buy a BBQ but Im really pleased I bought from BBQ World

Having searched online for the best deal on a Weber charcoal barbecue I came across bbqworld. Their offer on my preferred barbecue was by far the best around and in addition for only an extra 8 we could get a cover for it. Delivery was free and next day guaranteed if you ordered before 3 pm. Within a few hours of ordering I received an email telling me that my order had been processed and it would be delivered the following day. I was fully expecting to have to hang around all day but to my delight I was also informed that from the morning of deliver I could track the order to see the one hour time slot for my delivery - brilliant. I didnt even need to do that as on the morning of delivery I was emailed to tell me the barbecue would be dropped off between 11.40 and 12.40. Sure enough it arrived bang on time. I Would certainly order from here again and would also recommend. Barbecue was easy to set up my husband tells me and looks great - very good quality. Lets hope the sun shines this weekend so we can use it.

Sorry - not a review for the bbq will add later but a review for the service. The product was ordered on Friday and delivered to France on Tuesday - fantastic service. Faster than if i had ordered the product in France. Also it was a lot cheaper in the UK even with delivery. Great service - many thanks

I took my time over this purchase wanting to be sure that it was worth spending the extra money for the Weber BBQ having bought my last BBQ from BQwhich to be fair served us well for over 5 years.The service I recieved from Dawsons Dept. Store was second to none from my initial phone enquiry to the speedy delivery of my purchase.It took me 1 hour to assemble but was so easy as the quality of maufacture is exceptional.The finished product lived up to all of my expectations and then someWhat a fantastic all round buying experience.Its nice to be able to send such a good review...something that I dont often feel inclined to do.10/10 on this occasion

Excellent delivery process. Ordered barbecue Sunday advised on Monday of delivery on Tuesday and advised Tuesday morning of hour slot within which goods would be delivered and arrived within that slot. No endless waiting around. Wish more online shops provided such good service. Havent assembled barbecue yet so unable to review goods yet
