The Weber Whisky Oak Wood Chips are made from wood chips from retired whisky barrels and are now delivered in a re-sealable bag.
Use the chips to infuse a deep, delightfully sour taste making them excellent for smoking pork and poultry.
Simply soak the chips in water for as long as possible before use, ideally overnight, so as they dry out with the heat of the barbecue or smoker the smoke produced flavours the food.
