The Weber GBS Griddle Insert - Cast Iron is designed to be used as part of the WeberŪ Original Gourmet BBQ System so can be used on any charcoal or gas barbecue which has cooking grates from the Weber Gourmet BBQ System that have the lift out 30cm central section.
The cast iron griddle has a porcelain enamelled coating so that it is non-stick and easy to clean, when it's simple care instructions are followed, so that frying foods on your charcoal or gas barbecue could not be simpler making the preparation of foods that are difficult to make on a cooking grate, such as shrimp, meatballs,mushrooms, eggs or pancakes an option.
