The Weber Crafted Flat Top is part of the Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System which will give the opportunity to bring the kitchen outside to create foods never thought possible on a barbecue so simply replace the right-side cooking grate to create anything from pancakes and eggs, to fajitas in the barbecue. Weber Crafted compatible barbecue, frame, and cooking grates required for use.
The Flat top, aka Plancha, is designed with high walls to keep food contained plus the construction from a 7 Gauge Carbon Steel material is light and easy-to-clean.
