Made of stainless steel with a heat-resistant Bakelite handle, this handy upgrade can be used to calm down the flames inside your gas oven and retain heat in a smarter way. With oxygenation holes to keep the fire alive cleverly styled in the Cozze logo, this door will transform the possibilities of your 13” gas pizza oven.

It is not recommended that the door be used all the time as the temperature can become extremely high. Use it briefly during heating and between pizza baking to prevent the temperature from falling. Please note that this product is only required for Cozze Gas Pizza Ovens, as the Electric Pizza Ovens models come with a door included.
