The DeliVita Infrared Gun is a non-contact laser temperature gun thermometer perfect for rapidly monitoring the cooking surface's temperature in a DeliVita wood-fired oven to advise when it's time to cook plus if the temperature reading is out of range the LCD display screen will show effectively eliminating the possibility of harmful burns.

Simply point then pull the trigger of the DeliVita Infrared Gun and an accurate temperature reading for a particular area will be shown on the screen over a temperature range of -50°C to 420°C making it ideal for for checking oven or pan temperatures, the heat of food, or the temperature of sugar when making caramel, nougat and marshmallows
