The Napoleon Healthy Choice Starter Kit, also known as the Napoleon Veggie and Fish Lovers Starter Kit, makes healthy choices when it comes to barbecuing a meal on a gas or charcoal barbecue simpler.
The included Stainless Steel Multifunctional Topper features two different sides, the perforated side is ideal for grilling veggies, while the flat side is perfect for searing delicate foods like fish and scallops, or cradling a wooden plank (not included) so you get that great smoky flavour without worries that the plank will burn.
The re-usable Stainless Steel Skewers allow you to create custom kebabs with any combination of vegetables and meats whilst the Flexible Grill Basket Raise will raise delicate foods, like fish, off the cooking grids to minimise the chances of it sticking making it great for securely holding vegetables, seafood, plus it's fantastic at making grilled sandwiches.
