The Masterbuilt Gravity Series - 1050 Digital Charcoal BBQ and Smoker has an 87% larger capacity than it's smaller sibling the Gravity Series 560 which was previously the only model available in the Masterbuilt - Gravity Series gravity fed range.

The Masterbuilt Gravity Series - 1050 Digital Charcoal BBQ and Smoker helps redefine charcoal cooking creating the ability to smoke, grill, sear, bake, and roast with it's innovative GravityFed™ charcoal hopper holding over 12 hours of lumpwood charcoal or briquettes with it's gravity feed ensuring the constant addition of fuel to the fire. There is no need to remove any charcoal after each use.

Simply load the hoper with briquettes or lumpwood charcoal, light the fire then set the desired temperature on the digital control panel, or a smart device using the Masterbuilt App. The variable speed DigitalFan™ will then maintain the cooking temperature at the required level as the digitally controlled fan moves air flow from the hopper to the cooking chamber to give full control over the temperature. The Masterbuilt App also doubles as a fantastic resource for recipes plus all sorts of information to master the art of smoking, grilling and more.

When the hopper lid or door are open embedded safety features immediately stop the fan plus the lid switch monitors the grill to maintain the correct cooking temperature they are open.
