Weber Seafood Wood Chip Blend - 0.7kg blends a carefully selected combination of broadleaf and fruit tree woods chosen to create a perfect mild, fruity smoky flavour to complement salmon, mackerel, prawns and for memorable and mouthwatering dishes to be always on the menu.

Adding flavoured wood chips to the bbq or smoker to experiment with additional flavour depths will makes barbecuing even more tasty and exciting. Simply soak the chips in water for as long as possible before use, ideally overnight, so as they dry out with the heat of the barbecue or smoker the smoke produced flavours the food.
