The large cooking area of the Ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven will fit up to 16 inch pizzas not only will huge pizzas be able to be cooked, but also roasted meats, seared vegetables or even fresh bread to flame cook epic meals outdoors so after just 15 minutes of preheating the cooking temperature will be 500 C giving the ability to turn out 16" flame-cooked pizzas in as little as 60 seconds, perfectly seared Tomahawk steaks, grilled veggies and more.

The Ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven's set of new design features will give better temperature control, more fuel-efficient air flow, increased oven insulation and better visibility. The new full glass hinged oven door design with ViewFlame technology boosts visibility to visually monitor what's happening while the improved insulation will help maintain consistently high cooking temperatures and enable them to be controlled with greater precision in conjunction with the mounted digital thermometer which displays the internal ambient oven temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
