The Ooni Karu 12 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven can be fuelled either with real wood or charcoal to give multiple fuel options for maximum cooking flexibility to cook authentic stone-baked wood-fired pizza in any outdoor space in as little as 60 seconds. It offers all the heat and power of a larger wood-fired oven but weighing in at just 12kgs to give supreme portability it really does provide the option of great pizza wherever the adventure leads.

The Ooni Karu 12 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven is constructed with a 430 grade stainless steel body which is then filled with a 20mm ceramic fibre-insulated for heat retention keeping the internal temperature consistently high. That is teamed up with an extra-thick Ooni Baking Stone plus patented flame keeper for maximum heat retention while a custom-designed fuel tray maximizes airflow and delivers a powerful blast of searing flame - load it up with real wood or charcoal - with no excess ash to clean.

An Ooni Karu 12 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven can be fired up with wood or charcoal right out of the box or alternately can be powered from a refillable propane gas tank with the separate purchase of an Ooni Karu 12 Gas Burner - 37mbar. Cooking with the Ooni Karu 12 Gas Burner - 37mbar in place will give additional temperature control and the versatility to choose and change the fuel source - gas for low-maintenance cooking or wood or charcoal for that distinctive smoky, aromatic flavour.
