The Broil King Regal S490IR Gas BBQ features a hefty 3,226 sq. cm of primary cooking surface heated with powerful 4 stainless steel Dual-Tube burners, plus features illuminated control knobs, reversible heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, and an efficient electronic ignition. This comprehensive and high specification set of features is then teamed a powerful infrared side burner combined with stainless steel side shelves, and an enclosed cabinet base.

The Flav-R-Cast Iron Cooking Grids have been designed for greater efficiency with superior heat retention created by their tight spacing and shaping giving fantastic searing power to seal in juices for maximum taste. They feature two easily reversable sides with one pointed side concentrating heat creating perfect sear marks on a steak with the flip side grooved for non stop basting.
