Use Napoleon Wood Chips to add extra taste dimensions to what's cooking on the barbecue with six different varieties, mesquite, maple, hickory, whiskey oak, cherry, or apple, available to add mild or strong tastes suited to today's barbecued menu options.

To use Napoleon Wood Chips soak them for at least 30 minutes in water, over night is best, then add them to a smoker tube, pipe, box or tray for a gas bbq or directly onto the coals on a charcoal barbecue.

When the chips begin smoking place foods directly on the grill closing the lid to trap the smoke in with the food. Remember to keep the lid closed and to only check the food when necessary, a Blue Tooth compatible remote thermometer is fantastic for this, to get the most out of the Napoleon Wood Chip smoke flavour.
