The Napoleon PRO Chicken Infusion Roaster is yet another clever, multifunctional and easy to maintain accessorry from Napoleon which comprises of a wok, boiling plate and infusion cone to make great roast chicken, and even more, oh so simple.

A Napoleon PRO Chicken Infusion Roaster is built from durable and easy to clean premium stainless steel with a three-in-one design includind a flat bottomed wok, boiling plate plus a flavour infusion cone. All that needs to be done is to fill the wok basin with the chosen flavour addition to the chicken then add the boiling plate over the top and finally add the flavour cone which will vent taste laden steam up in and into the checken for extra depth of taste. The tapered shape of the flavour cone will prevent suction issues when it's time to serve.

While the chicken is cooking use the boiling plate for roasting vegetables and potatoes for fanatstic tasting sides plus the flat bottomed wok is good to use on it's for stir-fries and roasting with the premium stainless steel giving easy clean up afterwards.
