This is made from 100% natural Canadian Maple. In each pack you get 2 planks which are superb for fish cooking. To use you just soak the plank in water (to stop it burning) place it on an indirect heat source and add your fish, the wood allows the fish to subtly absorb some of the mouthwatering natural flavours within whilst gently steaming the fish. Measurements 5.75" x 15"

Large barbecue deliveries weighing over 30kg will be despatched with a pallet delivery company.
