Barbeques make great pizza. By closing the lid and generating high temperatures it is possible to imitate the conditions of a real pizza oven. This is a 13" Diameter porcelain composite pizza/grilling stone with wire support and wooden pizza peel, you simply warm it up with the barbeque, add your pizza with the wooden peel, close the lid and wait for your pizza to cook. The result is a perfect stonebaked pizza everytime! Dishwasher safe.
