New, totally re-thought and totally re-invented for 2025 the Weber Spirit EP-335 with Sear Zone and Side Burner Gas BBQ has been built from the ground up by Weber to create bbq'd food that tastes better than ever featuring 2 Boost Burners which boost heat in the sear zone powering out 40% more power in the largest Sear Zone in its class creating bold, flavourful searing marks on meat, fish, and vegetables. Simply turn the Boost Burner knobs all the way to Boost Mode for 40% more power to cranks up the heat for fantastic, memorable tastes every time the Weber Spirit EP-335with Sear Zone and Side Burner Gas BBQ is fired up. Plus the precise, consistent heat available is designed to rapidly achieve cooking temperature to cook foods evenly across the grates for perfectly grilled meals every time for confident grilling and reliable performance every the BBQ is fired up and the fully integated digital thermometer will display the precise temperature using a LED display built into the side table for easy visibility day and night.

Ignite each individual one of the four burners easily with one hand on the Weber Spirit EP-335 with Sear Zone Gas BBQ as the Snap-Jet Ignition will simply light individual burners with the turn of a control knob the ignition snapping and then igniting each burner individually to control the heat precisely with a full range of temperatures from high to low and everything in between. The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates are designed to stay searingly hot efficiently retaining heat across the cooking surface to create beautiful sear marks, plus to be easy to clean, and are built to last. Not only are the porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates excellent for heat retention, and easy to clean, they are Weber Crafted accessorry compatible and accommodate Gourmet BBQ System custom-fit grillware (sold separately) so a Dutch oven, poultry roaster and even more can by added for true versatility.

For cooking greater versatility and to expand the opportunites to maximise the potential of a Weber Spirit EP-335 with Sear Zone and Side Burner Gas BBQ an independent side burner, with a lift up lid, is inserted into one of the two side tables to create extra cooking space for sauces and sides to add that little bit more of the "wow" factor.

Sitting just below the Weber Crafted porcelain-enameled, cast-iron grates on the Weber Spirit EP-335 with Sear Zone Gas BBQ are well designed Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars shaped to successfully catch and vaporize excess cooking juices, boosting grilled flavour and funnelling grease away from the three burners into the Grease Managemnt System to minimise any chance of flare-ups. The Grease Management System makes life even simpler with it's large drip pan and removable grease tray that slides out for quick and easy cleaning and maintenance to minimise the hassle when the day is done.

The cook box of a Weber Spirit EP-335 with Sear Zone Gas BBQ Gas BBQ is ruggedly built from cast-aluminum to stand up to the elements preventing rusting and peeling for a durable Gas BBQ that is built to last. Lift the lid and sitting over the top of the cooking surface there is a warming rack perfect for keeping foods warm, toasting buns, or cooking smaller food items while the main courses finish grilling on the grates below. For plenty of food preparation or plating up space easy to clean scratch-resistant side tables will provide extra space for those needs, plus keeping grilling essentials close at hand and within reach using the four utensil looks which are just ideal to keep tongs and spatulas ready to grab every time they are needed. The side tables will fold down to fit smaller spaces when the BBQ is not being used and for stowing away.

In addition for even greater versatility and flexibilty, and some great tasting chicken, a mains powered rotisserie accessory (sold separately) can simply be added for even browning and crisping of a whole chicken, prime rib, or leg of lamb while locking in the juices which make rotisserie cooking such a fantastic way to prepare food. And to enhance the choice menu options available still further a rust-resistant griddle insert (sold separately) will transforms the Gas BBQ into a griddle when the cooking grates are simply lifted out and a griddle insert dropped in in their place to sizzle bacon, create amazing smash burgers, fajitas, stir fries and far more.
