This is a versatile 14.1" x 12.25" cast iron, double sided griddle. One side is flat for frying everything from a full english to vegetables. The other side is ridged for grilling great steaks, fish and chicken. The cast iron design means it is suitable for direct and indirect cooking to the highest temperatures. It should be warmed up with the barbeque.
