The professional-grade DeliVita Wood Fired Oven - Hale Grey has been designed to produce perfect, restaurant-quality results every time achieving temperatures of up to 550c in only 25 minutes with it's 54 cm x 50 cm cooking area being sized to fit a 12'' pizza, spatchcock chicken, whole sea bass, leg of lamb, joint of beef, or a veggie roast cooking pizza in a minute. Cook directly on the clay base or use a pan, skillet, or suitable baking tray.
