The Ozpig Big Charcoal Plate is designed to hold Charcoal or Briquettes directly under the Big Pigs cooking surface for greater heat for cooking while using minimal fuel.

The custom design of the Ozpig Big Charcoal Plate allows it to be used as a normal heat source for the chargrill and flat iron plates and is fantastic for rotisserie cooking where even heat is needed over a long period of time plus it can also be used with the Stove top for a frying pans, pots and camp ovens.
