A Monolith Classic PRO-Series 2.0 - Black provides almost limitless opportunities for grilling, smoking, baking, cooking, barbecuing or roasting successfully combining performance and simple to use functionality into one charcoal barbecue with all round versatility using the included Smart Grid System and Pro Series Firebox.

This already excellent feature set has now been further enhanced by the addition of Monolith's PRO-Series 2.0 features such as a brand new lid hinge system, Stainless steel and Fibreglass Gasket Sealing System, Guru ready compatibility plus a re-designed cast iron Top Valve all carefully designed to enhance performance plus make a Monolith Classic PRO-Series 2.0 even easier to use and live with.

The redesigned and updated hinge system provides effortless opening plus more functionality which is combined with an innovative stainless steel and fibre glass sealing gasket to give longevity as well as being virtually maintenance free. A new built-in BBQ Guru adapter means a blower can easily be mounted for both simplicity and cleanliness with the redesigned cast iron top valve blending both a sleeker, more contemporary look with increased functionality with the slide system offering more stability while more efficiently guiding smoke directly upwards and out of the Monolith.

The PRO-Series Smart Grid System used throughout Monolith's Classic and LeChef PRO-Series models offers unrivalled functionality and flexibility even allowing simultaneous use as both a direct and indirect grill Made up from two half moon cooking grates, two half moon interlocking drip trays and two half-moon deflector stones, all of which can be simply positioned in any one of 4 height settings, sittinng in a stainless steel frame with the stainless steel frame being able to be easily lifted in and out of a Monolith Classic PRO-Series model in one simple movement using the handle. A segmented Firebox, contained a stainless steel frame, features an integral concave ash collection system for more convenience when removing any ash deposits.

Monolith's unique system of supplying wood chips, chunks or pellets through the wood chip feeder allows the insertion of smoke chips directly over the hot charcoal without having to raise the lid. Monolith's extensive range of separately purchasable optional accessories including the cast iron grid, pizza stone, plancha, wok and rotisserie all widen the range of cooking options so is the only limit on the cooking possibilities available is the imagination.

All ceramic kamado style charcoal barbecues are truly versatile in the temperatures and types of cooking which can be achieved, but only a Monolith Classic PRO-Series 2.0 includes a full range of features as standard to ensure that optimum performance can be achieved with a Monolith from it's very first use.
