The Fontana Margherita Wood Pizza Oven Including Trolley - Anthracite is a beautifully designed high quality and high performance wood fired oven with a large 60×60 cm cooking chamber and manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. In addition, the Margherita also comes with wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top and a cooking chamber door. The Margherita Wood fired build-in pizza oven also excels at cooking & roasting meats, veggies, breads, & desserts. And because it is a Fontana, you can rest assured that it is engineered to perform & built to last.

For Neapolitan pizza lovers, the Anthracite Margherita Wood Fired Pizza Oven allows you to cook pizza at 850°F / 454.4°C without burning the bottom of the dough. Above all, you don’t just have to cook pizza – you can cook bread and even desserts too!

The fire floor surface is a high quality refractory chamotte, perfect for food use. Furthermore, the external surface of the Margherita wood oven is electro-galvan steel with high temperature paint. This is for the maximum resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation. This ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot. You can cook your pizzas to perfection!

Fontana ovens are delivered on one film-wrapped pallet complete with printed assembly instructions and can weigh up to 200 kilos. Fontana ovens are delivered assembled but the carts for Fontana ovens will required assembly. We recommend that two people are required to position Fontana ovens either on to their carts or on to the structure where they will be positioned in use.


Fontana Forni's transport providers will deliver your Fontana oven to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to transport the oven or any of its components any nearer to the desired location at the delivery address.

Small parcel orders will be despatched using DPD LOCAL who will provide email and SMS updates, giving you the option to amend or reschedule your delivery.

Large barbecue deliveries weighing over 30kg will be despatched with a pallet delivery company.
