The Fontana Mangiafuoco Build In Wood Pizza Oven - Stainless Steel is a beautiful design which is a high quality and high performance wood fired oven with a large 60×80 cm cooking chamber and manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. Above all, this also comes with wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top and a cooking chamber door.

In addition, the fire floor surface has a high quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Stainless Steel Mangiafuoco pizza oven is again manufactured from high grade 304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation. Finally, this ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot and you can cook your pizzas too perfection!

PLEASE NOTE -

Fontana ovens are delivered on one film-wrapped pallet complete with printed assembly instructions and can weigh up to 200 kilos. Fontana ovens are delivered assembled but the carts for Fontana ovens will required assembly. We recommend that two people are required to position Fontana ovens either on to their carts or on to the structure where they will be positioned in use.


Fontana Forni's transport providers will deliver your Fontana oven to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to transport the oven or any of its components any nearer to the desired location at the delivery address.

Small parcel orders will be despatched using DPD LOCAL who will provide email and SMS updates, giving you the option to amend or reschedule your delivery.

Large barbecue deliveries weighing over 30kg will be despatched with a pallet delivery company.
