The Fontana Capri Wood Pizza Oven has a 70×50 cm cooking chamber. It has a practical painted steel trolley with wheels. Also provided with the oven is a wood-holder plate, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top. It has a closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is made of high quality refractory chamotte. Perfect for food use. Furthermore, the internal structure is in stainless steel with paints that withstand high temperatures for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. In addition, the cooking chamber consists of natural rock wool which allows to maintain temperature more efficiently and to avoid that the external structure becomes to hot.

The unique cooking chamber – domed back-to-back and side-to-side — eliminates hot spots and ensures uniform heat distribution. The innovative design allows smoke to exit even when the door is closed for maximum heat retention and consistent cooking temperatures.

PLEASE NOTE -

Fontana ovens are delivered on one film-wrapped pallet complete with printed assembly instructions and can weigh up to 200 kilos. Fontana ovens are delivered assembled but the carts for Fontana ovens will required assembly. We recommend that two people are required to position Fontana ovens either on to their carts or on to the structure where they will be positioned in use.


Fontana Forni's transport providers will deliver your Fontana oven to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to transport the oven or any of its components any nearer to the desired location at the delivery address.

Small parcel orders will be despatched using DPD LOCAL who will provide email and SMS updates, giving you the option to amend or reschedule your delivery.

Large barbecue deliveries weighing over 30kg will be despatched with a pallet delivery company.
