The North American built Broil King Kamado Keg 5000 Charcoal BBQ's unique shape is specifically designed for efficient thermal convection style cooking with it's double steel walled construction with highly efficient thick insulation giving unrivalled heat retention and durability to create extremely efficient cooking versatility plus it now includes the Broil King Keg Diffuser Kit as standard to even further enhance the performance when indirect cooking

The Broil King Kamado Keg 5000 Charcoal BBQ features removable resin side shelves with integrated tool hooks and a durable stand with large wheels for portability - in Broil King's Canadian heartland it is even trailer hitch compatible.

The highly efficient thermal construction is what distinguishes the Kamado Keg 5000 from other barbecues with it's double walled steel construction holding the temperature within a narrow range to give a continuous and even heat making a fuel conserving cooking system creating the ideal conditions for cooking low and slow plus the now included Diffuser Kit will even further enhance it's indirect cooking performance.

To get perfect control of the temperature in the Kamado Keg 5000 use the included multi-tool to control the air flow with the Roto-Draft damper which is part of the removable steel ash container that can simply be removed for a quick and easy clean up. The upper damper, which sits on top of the Keg, is built from a heavy duty cast iron and allows the control of the temperature in the Keg using the included multi tool to easily open and close the damper giving opportunities to cook both low and slow or hot and fast.

The Kamado Keg 5000 comes equipped with a heavy duty cast iron cooking grid that is perfect for holding heat to sear steaks plus a secondary chrome coated swing out warming or cooking rack.
