The Broil King Baron S590 IR Stainless Steel Gas BBQ features a 3677 sq. cm primary cooking surface and includes 4 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, cast aluminum cookbox, reversible heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, illuminated control knobs, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, and electronic ignition all along with a powerful 3.1kW infrared side burner. The Flav-R-Cast Iron Cooking Grids have been designed for greater efficiency with superior heat retention created by their tight spacing and shaping giving fantastic searing power to seal in juices for maximum taste. They feature two easily reversable sides with one pointed side concentrating heat creating perfect sear marks on a steak with the flip side grooved for non stop basting.
